When you want to form cookies into
various shapes, it is much simpler and better as well as faster to do so when
you have a cookie cutter. The
cookies turn out precise and in different patterns – however complicated they
could be. Cookie cutters are made of
a variety of materials. It can be made of wood, metal or plastic.
Custom cookie cutters which
are made of metal can come in different kinds as well. They are made of
aluminum, copper, tin or even stainless steel. They either come with or without
a handle. These are pliable and inexpensive. They can be washed and need to be
dried immediately so that they will not catch rust. The stainless steel ones

used which allow the dough to be pressed out through a cylindrical tube in the
shape of the discs which are fitted on to it.
